Recovering and Healing from Trauma and Cognitive or Emotional “Stuckness” Supports a More Complete and Integrated Growth. It Helps Clients Move Forward with Confidence and See Themselves and Their Story in a More Positive Light.
EMDR Therapy is recommended for individuals who react strongly to stress or have experienced trauma (social, familial, relational, sexual) and struggle with negative memories, racing thoughts, anxiety, addictions, or depression.
An overload of negative thoughts and difficulty coping with challenging moments may suggest that there is a block in the process of processing past difficult experiences. In such cases, certain memories or events may cause overwhelming paralysis, feeling stuck.
In my practice, I treat trauma, painful memories, and difficulties resulting from sexual abuse and challenging relationships.
As many as 60% of Poles come from dysfunctional families.
I will support you in finding more peace, understanding, and healthy boundaries in relationships.
I help individuals with ADHD better understand themselves, manage daily challenges, and build healthy self-esteem. I support them in discovering their strengths and creating strategies to facilitate daily functioning.
EMDR therapy helps in treating trauma, depression, and anxiety disorders. It also helps in coping with stress and emotions.
An EMDR session involves safely experiencing significant past events again and processing them through bilateral brain stimulation (like eye movements).
This allows the brain to complete the trauma processing and integrate it in a way that no longer feels overwhelming.
Sessions take place online – this allows you to work in a comfortable, safe environment, without the need for travel or the stress associated with a new setting.
The duration is determined individually, but 90 minutes is recommended (sessions of 50-60 minutes are also possible).
I support the EMDR therapy with elements of:
such as focusing, body therapy, schema and art therapy. These approaches help deepen self-understanding and support EMDR therapy process.
I am a psychologist, EMDR therapist, and psychosocial skills trainer / wellbeeing coach. I understand what trauma, high sensitivity, and the relentless rush of thoughts can feel like.
My own path—shaped by personal challenges and difficult experiences—has shown me that therapy and healing go far beyond theory or knowledge. It’s a process that calls for trust, authenticity, empathy, and courage.
In my work, I blend evidence-based methods with a deep, lived understanding of what it means to carry the weight of the past and intense emotions. I support my clients in rebuilding a sense of safety, regaining emotional balance, and releasing inner blocks or conflicts that stand in the way of living fully.
I will support you in your search for motivation to take care of yourself, your needs, find your inner strength and build a life in harmony with yourself.
If you feel stuck, or your body and mind keep returning to painful experiences and difficulties – I am here to help you.
